Letter #47: Trick or Treat

HEY!!!!

So this week has been crazy!

The last week of the transfers always seems to be crazy. haha But we found out that I am getting transferred! I am leaving Huntington Beach and headed to the Northern most part of the mission. Whittier. I am going to the La Esperanza Ward and my companion is Elder Lesa. I served around him when I was in Long Beach. He is really cool, half Samoan I think. But he is from Provo. I am so excited. It is going to be a great transfer.

I am super sad though to leave. I love all our investigators and less-actives that I have been working with. It has been really fun teaching them and growing together.

This week we have taught a ton of people and done a lot of walking. Always when it comes down to the last week of the month we do a ton of walking because we only have a certain number of miles each month and we had to make a couple trips to the office so we were running low on miles. but all is well. Walking just means more street contacting and a nice tan… its actually more of a sunburn but oh well. haha

So A________ is doing great. He came to church last week but he thought it was really weird because it was the primary program… But he is really cool and I am totally going to miss him. He will be baptized one day. I know he will.

R_______ came to church! It was awesome, we invited him during the week and he said he was going to be busy but then he just showed up. Which was super cool!

Halloween was fun. We went in at 6:00 and planned and cleaned our apartment. Made caramel corn and then we had a zone conference at 8:00. Than at like 8:30 we found out if we were going to get transferred. It was really fun.

Sorry this letter is super short. we have a shorter time this week… but oh well. Thanks for all the love and support and prayers and stuff.

With love,

Elder Bryce
