So this week was super fun. It flew by sooooooooooo fast. haha

So this week we have been working with this investigator named Rafael. We had a zone conference where we talked about the importance of daily contact with investigators. So we made plans to have some form of contact with Rafael every day. We called him one day, taught him another day, stopped by just to water his plants, and came by to read in the book of Mormon with him. It was really cool because he has been an investigator for a good couple months and has never come to church but after all the daily contact with him he actually came to church… And he brought his wife!!! It was awesome. He had such a great time and really enjoyed the sacrament. He is progressing really well and hopefully will be getting baptized soon. He is such a great guy!

So we had a bunch of conferences and meetings this week which made the week fly by… I can’t believe its already August… That is ridiculous.

So this area that I am in has a ton of members but not a lot of active ones. There is like 600+ Members but only around 100 come to church so there is a lot of work to be done. We have been trying to find and teach less-actives and bring them back to church. It is usually pretty hard because a lot of them have been offended by one thing or another, but we are trying to work through their doubts. It has been a different transfer so far because that is the main focus here.

I am just loving being a missionary, I have come to love teaching and talking with people. To help them through their doubts and challenges and have them come to know and love the savior, to help them find purpose in their lives and to bring them Hope, is such a sacred experience. It brings me such great Joy.
